When Waltraud Kirschke, the author of Strawberries Beyond My Window, learned that an author was being sought for a book about the new genre of metaphoric cards growing up around the OH Cards, she offered to take on the task and then wrote the book in record time. Her previous experience with writing books and her familiarity with using OH Cards gave her a good background for writing this particular book.
Waltraud lives in Hamburg, Germany, with her partner, Manfred, and their two teenaged children. She organizes evenings and workshops in which all the cards of the OH genre are used for fun and discovery.
